We also have lived in such a rotten barrel society in Japan

We also have lived in such a rotten barrel society in Japan, although good persons have NEVER been aware of it and won't be for life.

Police and Other Public Agencies Overlooked the Incidents as Someone Else's Problem

My family are placed in a similarly difficult situation where Jodie Foster as Kyle Pratt faced in "Flightplan"(2005) movie,

although my family member was killed, while her daughter was not.

Inconvenient truth is covered up by upstairs stalking family and data fabrication scandal-ridden Kobe Steel affiliated Shinko Hospital's doctors, social workers, and others.

But the local police department and the Kobe District Public Prosecutors Office overlooked it.

Kobe Steel-affiliated Shinko Hospital covers up the cover-ups of the murder case, as the resentment.

First, see Tuesday, June 28, 2016

Since 2010 when my mother was hospitalized for excising the aneurism, or the swollen artery, I found there was an extremely sad situation about the no-smoking rule inside the hospital site. While one of the two deputy hospital director  was doing the smoking cessation program, smoking areas were openly created around both the front and back gates. And I took pictures of the actual condition as evidence to report the city and post it on the blog. Under the universal healthcare system, the offending hospital must pay back the treatment fees paid to it by the Health Ministry.

Since Dec. 14 2015, when my father was hospitalized for acute urinary infection,  most nurses and doctors had been found absurdly careless about hygiene on the 7th East Ward. Some were going to treat my father with medical gloves which they dropped on the floor in the room before me. They left  an intravenous drip leaking, making a puddle on the bed for a few hours, causing his calf inflammatory. In mid winter, they opened the windows for 15 minutes to ventilate the room before I visited.

As Fukiai Police advised, I submitted the written inquiry about such absurdities to the hospital director through the medical office, but I got threatened by my father's doctor, the head nurse, and two senior male medical security officers, "Your father doesn't have to be in such a filthy place! You can take him to any hospitals in Osaka or Okayama(outside Kobe City)!"
Following it, Fukiai Police never helped, just saying, "You should consult a lawyer." Some senior male medical security officers were presumably former police officers. After all I was ordered to keep off the hospital finally to suffer my father' s death with his medical information not to any other hospital to be transferred or visiting physicians by the evil medical security officer named Kazuhiro Taue.

The Hospital site was Kobe Steel's enamel plant. During  Kobe Steel's early days when it started its enamel plant the senior inpatient was a person in enamel sales at a trading company.

August last year, Matsuda, female, one of the medical security officers was arrested for stealing a total of  ¥1.4million by six time from a senior female inpatient at the same period as my father's hospitalization.

My father Died of his Doctor's Ignorance and Arrogance

My father needed an appropriate dysphagia treatment,

but his ignorant  respiratory doctor Koji Tamai in Kobe Steel affiliated Shinko Hospital, Kobe city, western part of Japan,

forced him to remain untreated

with only peripheral intravenous fluids for 2 months(Jan 10-Mar 25)

till he died of pseudomonas aeruginosa pneumonia

due to frequent antibiotic abuses of over two weeks.

Though ENT doc Suzuyo Kurakawa tested him  he couldn't swallow jelly and stopped it  between

passageways for food and air soon after his urinary infection hospitalization,

he was able to swallow saliva without frogging nor choking over afterwards.

But his ignorant and arrogant respiratory doc   refused his dysphagia therapy.

Elderly Survivors of Kobe Great Earthquake are Suffering

Kobe city-based Yotsubashi-gumi,

a Japanese contractor don't understand its corporate social responsibility(CSR).

The Kobe city-engaged construction firm is

doing repair work in a residential building where bedridden or chronically ill 70s and 80s people live.

They are survivors of the 1995 Kobe Great Earthquake.

The 100 year old building contractor has put up the more-than-minimum scaffolding,

so that the senior dwellers cannot get any rays of sunlight anywhere and anytime even in the daytime.

with Kobe City's connivance.

The scaffolding is to be left till next March.

The elderly people need the daylight for prevention of  poor sleeping and senile dementia.

The workers don't seem to use the scaffolds but the elevators for tiny repairs

and what is worse

they have taken advantages of the dwellers' weakness

such as

coating the front doors and walls with uneven rust preventing paint.

It is one of the terminal symptoms of construction firms in its death throes.

PHARMACOLOGICAL TREATMENT OF DEPRESSION IN DEMENTIA
Therefore,

drug interactions and polypharmacy may help provoke BPSD

Given their physical and cognitive frailty,

Since dementia patients may be less able to communicate, clinicians and caretakers must carefully observe patent’s behavior for evidence of adverse events when new medications are introduced.

Prescription of new medications intended to treat depression or other BPSD in dementia patients should always be made using the familiar adage originated for dosing the elderly,
