Inter-English
"Inter-English" is used in international schools, according to a correspondent stationed in an European country. She said,"It is neither British English nor American, but neutral. It is easy to listen and understand for nonnatives because it is far from regional accent and wording. Of course, through it, you might not deeply appreciate a variety of cultures and histories, but you could use it as an excelent common language."
