Water-fuel car unveiled in Japan
According to Genepax's site,
What is called water energy system, "extracting power current directly from water", or creating electricity and heat out of water, needs no reformer nor high-pressure tank, unlike hydrogen-fuel cells.
Electric cars with the WES equipment need neither battery nor plug-in, emit no carbon dioxide, and can be used as mobile generators in a time of disaster.
